Sea Life Park is the Sea World of Hawaii. Home to a number of varied ocean critters as well as park exhibits and attractions.
You could book the general admission tickets (with or without transportation from Waikiki hotels) and spend the whole day there. Sea Life Park has a number of shows throughout the day: Sea Lion shows, the silly penguin shows, the show at the dolphin cove, and more. There are also exhibits, touch pools, and more. Plenty of things to keep one occupied all day.
- The only legal way to touch a dolphin in the U.S. or Canada.
- Home of the world's only wholphin (half whale / half dolphin)
- Interactive programs with Sea Lions, Rays, Turtles, and more.

Don't forget your camera and bring some money for souvenirs.
Must be in good physical condition and be able to get in and out of the water.
Women who are pregnant or suspect they may be pregnant are not permitted to participate
Cameras are not allowed in the pool. Professional pictures will be taken of your dolphin experience and will be on sale (about $20) after your dolphin interaction.
Time in the pool is about 30 minutes. Dolphin interactions are in groups of about 5-6 people so your individual time with the dolphin is about 5 minutes. 5 minutes of you grinning ear-to-ear and enjoying every second of it.
June, July and August are considered high season for Sea Life Park and interactive dolphin programs cost more during that time.
For a real treat do one of the interactive dolphin experiences:
In the shallow pool with one dolphin. You'll kiss the dolphin, give the dolphin a handshake, learn dolphin anatomy and general dolphin training and hand signals.
Dolphin Swim Adventure
In the deep pool with one dolphin. You'll kiss the dolphin, ride on the dolphin's belly, put the dive mask on for deep water interaction, learn dolphin anatomy and general dolphin training and hand signals.
Dolphin Royal Swim
In the deep pool with two dolphins. You'll kiss the dolphins, hold onto the dorsal fins of both dolphins and go for a ride, and the piece de resistance, the foot push, where you'll basically stand with one foot on both dolphins' heads as they swim across the pool.
All dolphin interaction packages include roundtrip transportation from Waikiki as well as park admission. You would typically spend half the day at Sea Life Park, either the first half or the last half (depending on when your dolphin interaction time is scheduled) but if you would like to spend all day there, that is also possible.
